How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are based on the weight of an item (including packaging) and your post code and/or country. Our site automatically calculates the product weight (actual and/or dimensional weight) and offers various shipping options for you to choose from during the checkout process.
You can also find out how much delivery will be charged by clicking on the "+Shipping Charges" underneath the A$ price of the item. For multiple items, add them to the "basket" then proceed to "check out" to calculate shipping (you do not have to proceed to the ordering stage if you are not ready to purchase your items)
Where do you deliver to?
We ship throughout Australia and to most regions of the world. We use Regular Mail, Registered Post and Express Post for Australian customers, and Express Post International for overseas customers (NOTE: this service includes insurance if your order is valued over $100AUD and parcel tracking is provided) We can also ship via Airmail for smaller overseas orders, however, parcels are non insured and non traceable.
*We do not deliver to these countries (and others) for various reasons - Venezuela, Nigeria, Japan
If your country is not listed in the shipping options, chances are we cannot send goods to you.
How long does delivery take within Australia?
Delivery time varies depending on your location and your chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery of parcels within Australia by Express Post is 1-2 business days to major centres (allow 3-4 days for remote areas) Regular Parcel and Registered Post ranges from 2-5 business days to major centres and 5-8 business days for regional and country areas.
